I've spent nearly a decade helping leaders navigate the people side of business, partnering with organizations through growth, change, employee relations, leadership coaching, and day to day HR challenges. Throughout my career, I've learned that great HR isn't about having all the answers. It's about showing up consistently, building trust, and making things easier for the people around you.
People often describe me as approachable, organized, responsive, and someone who can take complex situations and make them feel manageable. To me, that's simply what being a good partner looks like. I created Rooted in People because I believe successful businesses are built from the inside out. When leaders feel supported and employees feel valued, businesses grow stronger.
Whether I'm helping build HR foundations, coaching leaders, solving employee challenges, or creating better processes, my goal is always the same. I want HR to feel practical, approachable, and genuinely helpful. At the end of the day, I believe great workplaces aren't built through complicated policies or perfect processes.
